Myth of More 07/27/06 - Season 1 Nina couldn't get the image of kissing Cameron out of her head. She agreed to meet with him the morning after at a café. She admitted that she was confused about the whole situation. Cameron urged her to leave Peter. Nina tried to explain that it was never going to be that easy. Peter agreed to continue sponsoring Colin, as long as he promised to quit using steroids. Colin granted his first interview since signing Peter's shop as a sponsor. The interviewer brought up Colin's history with drugs and wanted him to take a drug test. Peter cut the interview short and both men left. Colin later told Peter he was still using steroids, but needed to in order to continue his winning streak. Sean offered money to Jeremy if he could prove that Zoë was still alive. Jeremy brought Sean to the motel where Zoë was staying. The place was empty, but Sean did find a note with Zoë's handwriting and Tally's phone number written down. Jeremy accused Sean of being scammed by both of the sisters. Sean later checked Tally's messages on her phone and discovered that Zoë had called her. Maggie and Kimberly set Beth up with the pastry chef at Maggie's restaurant. Beth had a great time with him and ended up sleeping with him. When he wanted to go out with Beth again, she felt bad but she had to tell him it was just a one-time thing and she wasn't ready for a relationship. Nina tracked down Cameron while he was out jogging. She confessed that she couldn't stop thinking about their night together and she told him she was prepared to leave Peter to be with him. Zoë was shocked to see Sean in the parking lot where she was supposed to meet Tally. Zoë told Sean she thought he was behind her attempted murder. Sean denied everything. Tally showed up to stop their arguing. She refused to leave with Sean and instead left with Zoë. Damien and Frankie took off on a road trip. Frankie had her Mom's credit card and Damien had his sports car. They decided to really have fun and crash a high school prom in some random town. They were hiding from the prom chaperones in an empty swimming pool when Frankie confessed she was ready to have sex with Damien. Damien didn't feel that Frankie was ready for such a big step. Tally came back to Sean and told him that Zoë was acting very strange. She said when Zoë resurfaced, Park had told her she would be going to jail for fraud. Tally liquidated Zoë's funds and Zoë took ten million dollars in cash so she could go on the run. Sean pointed out that with Zoë carrying that kind of cash and already assumed dead, she was in danger of Park finding out. Just then, Tally got a phone call from the police saying her sister had been murdered. Peter and Nina sat down to discuss their future. Peter told Nina he was determined to get out of the financial hole he had dug when he opened up the bike shop. Nina called Cameron later and told him it wasn't a good time to separate from Peter and that he really needed her. Meanwhile, Peter went to the bike shop and found Sunny there and they flirted with each other, but nothing more happened. Crash Into You 08/10/06 - Season 1 Sean was worried about his questioning in the death of Zoë. The detectives were leery of Sean’s story because Zoë had some of Sean’s skin under her fingernails at the time of her death. Sean tried to defend himself and put his faith in Tally that she would defend him, as well. After running away with Damien, Frankie’s credit card was shut off and she had to come back home. Damien came up with the bright idea of having her stay with him and his family. Frankie’s mom agreed and even offered an allowance for Frankie while she stayed with Damien’s family. Damien made an appearance at Maggie’s restaurant to visit his wife, Galina, who had taken a job there. He’d dropped by to pick up the signed divorce papers, but became agitated when he found out Galina hadn’t had it notarized, even though he had asked her ahead of time. He told her to get them notarized or he would have to get his lawyers involved. Beth was determined to adopt a child now that she and Cameron were separated. The attorney advised her that it was going to be hard for her to adopt a baby from China since she was single now, and living in a hotel. She was told that it would take at least two years before she could adopt. Peter had a hunch that his sponsored bicyclist, Colin, was doping again on steroids. When Colin couldn’t deny the allegations, Peter fired him from the bicycle team. Colin warned him that this would cause Peter to lose everything. He later confronted Peter at his house and swore to him he wouldn’t touch any more drugs if he could have one more chance. Peter agreed. Frankie moved into Damien’s family’s rec room, but was having a hard time following all of Damien’s dad’s rules. He and Frankie were caught making out and sent back to their respective rooms. So Frankie came up with a plan: Use her credit card to rent a hotel room for her and Damien for the next night. Beth was excited to learn there was a woman in Cleveland, Ohio looking for an adoptive mother for her expected baby. Beth took Maggie along for the trip. On their way to meet the new mother, Beth’s attorney called with disappointing news: The woman had changed her mind about putting her child up for adoption. She later asked Cameron to stay married to her because it would be so much easier to adopt a child if she was married, as opposed to being a single mom. Nina and Cameron met for coffee and to talk about their situations. Peter had asked Cameron to take over the bicycle business because Peter had been making costly financial decisions and Beth wanted Cameron to stay married to her until she could adopt a child. So they both agreed to take their time before coming out about their relationship. Cameron later drove Nina to the dream house he had hoped to buy when they finally got together. He had actually bought her the house! Damien felt bad for Maggie because Galina wasn’t doing any work, so he compensated her with a check. In return, Maggie showed Damien a surveillance tape of Galina kissing the cook, whom she claimed was her cousin. Damien felt betrayed. Sean followed a disguised Tally into a hotel spa locker room. Once there, he found her trying to leave with a heavy duffel bag. Sean grabbed the bag from her and realized it was full of money. Then he began to wonder how Tally got ahold of it. After purchasing Nina’s dream house, she and Cameron got in his truck and left. They gazed into each other’s eyes and held hands. Truth Be Told 08/17/06 - Season 1 Nina and Cameron were involved a bad car crash. Nina escaped from the accident with only cuts and bruises, but Cameron had a concussion. Beth arrived at the hospital with all of Cameron’s medical insurance information and it caused an awkward moment between her and Nina. Nina later told Peter that Beth and Cameron were together. Nina returned home from the hospital to find Peter there waiting. He had already packed up her suitcases, and he told her to get out. He told her he knew about her and Cameron and that he wanted to leave their daughters out of it. Damien confronted Galina and noticed that she had a black eye. He assumed her boyfriend was beating her up and invited her back to the hotel room where that he and Frankie were staying. Damien hunted down Galina’s boyfriend and tried to hit him but the boyfriend struck him first! The boyfriend then explained that he was married and it was his wife who gave Galina the black eye, not him. Maggie was worried about her brother, Ramon. He had gotten engaged to a woman he barely knew and Maggie was convinced she was using him for Maggie’s lottery money. Maggie overheard Ramon’s fiancé bragging to a friend about how much money she was marrying into. Maggie let her know she wasn’t going to see a dime of her lottery winnings. Sean got a frantic call from Tally and he rushed to her side. Tally confessed to Sean that she’d murdered Zoë but it had been a complete accident. Sean believed Tally’s story. Tally told Sean that Zoë had wanted to put Sean in jail so she could get all of his lottery money. Tally also told Sean she wasn’t going to go to jail for her sister’s murder. When Damien found out about Galina’s lies, he tried to kick her out of the hotel. He offered her some money to get out of his life. She accused him of ditching out on his responsibility. He didn’t know what she meant by that, so she told him she was pregnant with his child. Damien thought she was lying, but when she left Frankie found a positive pregnancy test in the garbage can. Ramon told Maggie that his fiancé had broken up with him because Maggie told her off. Maggie agreed that is what she did, but she didn’t realize it had hurt Ramon so much. He told her he missed the sister he had before the lottery money. He told Maggie that she was much better at helping people and she should go back to being a nurse. She later applied for a volunteer position at the local free clinic. Cameron found Nina looking sad and scared. She told him she didn’t know what to do because she felt so bad for hurting Peter the way she did. Cameron assured Nina that she was going to get past the pain. She became unsure of her relationship with Cameron and wanted to end things with him. He wanted her to be sure, and she said she was. Sunny comforted Peter after work. She told him he was doing a great job at running the bike company. Peter told her that he wasn’t in the mood to talk because of Cameron sleeping with Nina. Sunny offered to leave, but instead, Peter wanted to know the fastest way to get to her place. Tally freaked out and wanted to go on the run with Sean. Sean stopped her in the parking lot of the motel where they were staying and the manager wanted to make sure Tally was ok and not in danger. When the manager went back in his office, he noticed that the “Wanted” poster he had up had Sean’s face on it.
