Will they make a big deal?
I wonder if people will make a big deal out of Stephanie swearing to God the way they did Twila swearing on her son. A friend of mine is totally outraged. She says she understands her lying, but she shouldn't have sworn that way. Personally, I think that's her choice, just as it was Twila's choice. While watching the show, I was wondering why Bobby John assumed James was the one who voted for him.

As soon as those words were out of her mouth I thought of Twila. I'm guessing he trusted Steph alot more than James....I'd like to hear his thoughts now though. If I was Steph I wouldn't have told him either.

Re: Handwriting
I was wondering why Bobby John assumed James was the one who voted for him. He said to Stephanie he suspected it was James because the handwriting on the paper looked like a male's handwriting. Heh, heh, heh. Stephanie writes like a man.

I didn't think much about her saying it; guess I've heard it so much I really don't consider it a real oath. God probably didn't care for it much, though. I think I would have told BJ I voted for him. I think. Then again, I wouldn't have voted against him in the first place; I would have voted for James. I wonder if she and BJ set up the whole tiebreaker thing between Ibe and James? If not, BJ darn sure ought to figure out it was Steph that voted for him the previous week, 'cuz it went down the exact same way and he knows it was Steph changing her vote this week. And I guess, if they didn't pre-plan the tie, that lets BJ off the hook for voting Ibe off next week ('cuz don't we pretty much know there will be another tribal council for Ulong?).

STeph was lucky Bobby John was so sure she didn't vote for him that he didn't ask James.

I was wondering why she kept going on about it. If that had been me, I would have lied too, and said it wasnt me, after all...you gotta save your own butt out there. But I would have just said, no I didnt vote for you and moved on, changed the subject. Her going on and on that way and swearing to God, it would have made me suspicious of her. You know what they say, sometimes less is more...or...the less said the better.

the thing that cracks me up is, that BJ had already made up his mind that it was james that voted for him, that when he was talking to steph, he didn't take the time to actually look at her and get a read... holy cow, steph basically froze for a second, and then looked down before answering it wasn't her.... if BJ had stopped messing with the spear thingy, it seems to me that he's smart enough to have picked up a vibe from her.... but when someone wants to make up there mind on something, sometimes the truth sails on by..... as for God, besides steph's promise, James has been taking a beating on the internet rounds for saying "his God" stuff about Ibe.... add up a bunch of stuff i saw for james (as well as his Morning Show interview and Survivor Live interview), and it's not to hard for me to believe he's somewhat racist, homophobic, sexist, and just a plain ignorant person.... he ended up becoming my least favorite.... but i did enjoy watching all his talk about knot tying.... funny stuff, especially for someone who couldn't tie a knot to keep his toga on....
