Tru Calling
Did ANYONE tape the 2 hour season premier?? I totally forgot to TIVO it!!!! I was so upset when I came home planning on watching it that evening. So..if anyone did tape it, I would be more than willing to pay for the tape and cost of shipping. Let me know. Or...if noone has it could someone recap the episode for me???

I was flipping through channels during a commercial break and saw that it was on. I was surprised to see that it was on, I thought it had been canceled at the end of last season.

From what I understand, they did 6 episodes of season 2. The show was cancelled for poor ratings and there wasn't any plans to show the episodes that were already taped. Point Pleasant was supposed to replace Tru Calling. Well....Point Pleasant was also cancelled, so they decided to air the episodes that were taped. I'm hoping by some miracle they bring it back....that is of course if the actors are still available and all. It was a great show and I really enjoyed it. I did watch a couple shows of point pleasant, it was a bit confusing, but I was trying to check it out. Just when I was beginning to get it, they went and cancelled the damn thing! Thanks Pika! I'll have to see how their recap is. I have to make a note to tape it next week, I do not want to miss it again.

I taped it, but since I live with people who think all net people are out to get me, I don't think I'll be able to send it to you. :? Although, you can d/l the eps here http://www.tvtorrents.tv/ (type in Tru Calling). I don't know how it works though. Everything sounds foreign to me. I've never heard of a torrent, so if someone else wants to explain...

I think Tru Calling would be a hit for the WB network and would remain of the air for years and years. I don't see why they don't pick it up. FOX is too eager to cancel shows, not everything can be a ratings powerhouse. :roll:

There is a website that has a lot of tv shows available. http://www.torrentspy.com/search.asp?mode=torrentdetails&id=194671 I've never done it, but a friend of mine has and according to her it was a piece of cake. I guess you will need to download shareaza http://www.shareaza.com/ or some other torrent (whatever the hell that is) program. Good luck!
