Tonight's show...
ROCKED LIKE WHOA!!!!!!! There was not one bad performance. I loved it! Now I don't really care who goes, stays, wins. Whatever works for me. :grin:

I know what you mean, Shmoo! I'm loving all three and think they're a stronger group than any previous final 3. I think Vonzell has hit the end of the road, however. :cry: She had to have a stellar night, and while I loved her performances, Carrie performed well and Bo sang freakin' excellent acapella! :shock: Great show tonight, I thought.

I thought Vonzell's first performance was really weak and this is probably the end of the road for her. If so, the Carrie/Bo duel should be fantastic. Nevertheless, I agree with you Brad that this is the strongest final 3 AI has ever had. None of them are poor singers and all have potential to be successful after AI. Carrie simply has an amazing voice and incredible control. People gripe about her lack of performing but I thought that was part of Vonzell's problem on her first song. She was so busy moving around that she was having difficulty controlling her voice. Bo was wonderful on his acapella choice...but when is that boy gonna learn to let go of the mike stand and not carry it everywhere he goes?? It was nice to have Clive Davis' critiques because they actually were critiques...really showed Randy and Paula up and even caused Simon to tone it down.

Carrie owned tonight. I love how she did not pick a country song for her personal choice..! The only Bo song that I enjoyed was the acapella one. Paula gave him a cake with Satisfaction, but I think that was one of his worst of the season. yick.. Vonzell very disapointing, three songs that were right in her comfort. I dont think she did well enough for the top 2.

Bo, Bo, Bo. Can he just win now? Randy, shut up, V did not do the best "Chain of Fools" on AI ever. Paula's top was highly unflattering. It made her armpits looks saggy. Who has saggy armpits?! That's quite a feat.

Sada! Ew ..... you didn't need to point out the saggy armpits. I was just going to have breakfast. And I did enjoy Chain of Fools last night better than the other two times I remember hearing it on AI. I just don't like that song but maybe because I love Vonzell that made the difference. Who else has done it on AI? Fantasia? And some redhead chick from the first AI? Anyone remember? I do agree that Vonzell will probably go tonight, but I'm glad to see she made it this far because at the beginning of the top 10 it looked like she would get bumped off due to voter favourites like Constantine, etc., it was good to see her come this far. Way to go American voters!

Fantasia sang chain of fools last year.

I am still a Carrie backer. I thought she did great. I really liked how she sang the Air Supply song. WOW was all I was thinking. I think her range and control is amazing. I think Vonzell keeps trying to pick songs that are a bit out of her range. She keeps banking on her high notes carry her through. Bo's best performance to me was the acapella one. They all did great though. Another vote for best AI top three.

Vonzell's version contained less yeah-yeah-yeah's than Fantasia's, which is always a good thing in my book. :wink:

Where was Vonzell last season? She could've easily beaten Fantasia in the finals. Singing-wise, of course. In a street fight, Fantasia would beat the snot out of Vonzell. She looks like a dirty fighter. :wink:
