The Monster
Ok, we're a little closer to finding out about the monster....Did you notice that the french woman had them hide in those tree thingy things hanging down. If you remember everyone has hid behind them at one point or another when the monster was and then it went away. So whatever it is, it's obviously mechanical because it can't really see, must all be sensors. The look on Hurley's face when Locke was making him stand still (once again I think sensors come into play). I have to tell you that Stephen Kings Gunslinger series keeps popping into my mind on this one....could it be from Positronics :wink:

I dont read King so I dont know what that is. But when the Danielle said something about a security system, was she referring to the monster. Didnt Locke say he looked into the eye of the beast or something like that way back and that it was beautiful? Or am I getting confused with something else.
