The Bobby John & Stephanie Show
Was it my imagination, or did BJ and Steph dominate the airtime in the first episode? I barely know anything about the other contestants. Sure, we saw a little of the ex-quarterback and some of the nurse, but BJ and Stephanie were the real stars of the first episode. I'm not really complaining or anything, though. I love Stephanie and Bobby John. :grin:

I'm sure that will change with the upcoming episodes. I think MB wanted to give Stephanie and BJ most of the airtime in the first show to get it out of the way! It won't be fair to the other contestants if Stephanie and BJ get all the attention/airtime each and every week and as much as I like them, I wouldn't want them to be the soul focus, either. I want to know about the others, too.

I also thought they showed Steph and BJ a lot but I didn't care. I always hate the first Survivor episode because I dont know the people. So, it was nice to see a familiar face.

I'm with you, PinkCat. The first show is never all that interesting to me. There's just too many people! I really start getting involved after the first month, once the number of people dwindles down a bit. I must admit, though, I was fascinated by the two challenges in the first episode. Wow! This edition is definitely one of the toughest! I wonder if the rest of the season will be as difficult. I definitely hope so! :grin:
