The Bachelor 9: Episode 5
Episode 905 Air Date: 10/30/2006 First, Lorenzo visits Sadie in San Diego. He meets her parents, Reed and Colleen, her sister Kelsey and her best friend Alexis. Reed asks about the group date: "You don't normally date 10 women at one time?" Lorenzo jokes, "I do, but they don't know about it." He tells them about how Sadie flew his plane and the family is very impressed. Colleen thinks Lorenzo is very down to earth and likes how he actually makes eye contact. She asks him what qualities he's looking for in an ideal mate and he says he's looking for honesty, someone he can have a great time with, someone who can be his best friend, and someone he can trust. Sadie says grace over dinner and notes that her parents are expecting her to find someone who "loves God and is looking for a serious relationship," so bringing home an Italian prince is pretty unexpected. She tells her best friend Alexis how much she cares about Lorenzo and that he makes her feel safe. Her mother is impressed that she trusts Lorenzo so much but also advises her to "guard her heart." Lorenzo tells Reed, who couldn't be more different than Jennifer's father, that after meeting her family, he knows where Sadie got a lot of her best traits. Reed is touched and says he trusts Sadie's judgment. Sadie takes Lorenzo out to Moonlight Beach, where they curl up by a bonfire. She says she doesn't think he needs to go to any other cities. He asks, "So I should just walk away and pick you?" and she says, "Yes!" They kiss and the camera pans away. Lorenzo says he's impressed by how close Sadie is to her family. If he has any reservations, he doesn't say so. Next up is Portland, to meet Lisa's family. She's still talking (privately) about her five-year-plan and that if Lorenzo choosing her would speed up her timetable, she's fine with that. Unlike the other two girls, Lisa has her own house. She comes up with an activity for them to share: painting an Italian fresco on her wall. They playfully paint the fresco -- and each other. Her best friend, Ally, shows up -- with a wedding dress! "I figured since you were in the final four you might need this," she says. Lisa agrees to try it on. Lorenzo jokingly asks Ally, "What's up with the prom dress?" And she says, "Come on now. It's a wedding dress!" She then spills the beans about Lisa's timeline, and that she's had it planned out her whole life. Lisa comes out in the wedding dress and Ally adds the final touch: a tiara! "You're a princess already," she says. Lorenzo confesses to the camera that the best way to scare a guy off is to mention a timeline. And although he thinks Lisa looked beautiful in the dress, he was "a little freaked out by it," especially since he hasn't even met her parents yet. There are even wedding magazines piled on the table! Meanwhile, Lisa is convinced that Lorenzo seeing her in the dress gave him inspiration, not cold feet. She and Lorenzo go to her parents' house, which is more formal and upper-class than the other two families he's met so far. Lisa tells them about the wedding dress. Her father's reaction is "sweet," while her mother finds it "strange" and "a little scary." Her father shows he's just as savvy about the show as Lisa is when he asks Lorenzo about the "hotel room key" handoff. Lorenzo assures them that that won't necessarily lead to anything but talking. Her father says that's what he's going to assume will be happening. She shows her father the diamond earrings Lorenzo gave her and mentions they're worth $15,000. Her mother, a Pilates instructor, shows Lorenzo how to do some vigorous crunches on the floor, which he gamely does. Lisa wonders why her mother is making Lorenzo do Pilates, and lets him off the hook. She says she's a little miffed at her mother, but also that it was hilarious. He says goodbye, saying he'll see her in Rome, and she demands more kisses. She's thrilled that her parents approve, and hopes that the next time they see her, she'll be Princess Lisa Borghese. Despite the Pilates, Lorenzo says Lisa's family made him feel relaxed and amongst friends, but that he has concerns about Lisa's agenda. Lorenzo then goes to Miami to met Jennifer's parents. He's expecting them to be protective since she's an only child who still lives at home. She takes him fishing and even though it's raining, he tells her it's more romantic than kissing in front of St. Peter's. She confesses that she's slow to open up, but that she does really like him. They get no bites for a while, and then Jen snares a baby shark! She pulls it in, cuts the wire, kisses it goodbye and throws it back. He can't believe she caught a shark -- and that she kissed it! -- so he kisses her himself. She brings him to meet her parents, Cheryl and Dennis, and dog Tiffany. Jen raves about the helicopter ride to the Mediterranean and Lorenzo praises her for her football skills. Since Dennis is a high school football coach, it's no mystery where Jennifer learned to catch. Cheryl asks Lorenzo if the age difference bothers him and he jokes that Jennifer is a little old for him. She also asks if he thinks he's good enough for Jen, and he says he doesn't know that he is, other than that he's a goodhearted person. Dennis wants to know if Lorenzo is ready to settle down. Lorenzo notes that he's not there to ask for Jen's hand in marriage -- yet -- but that he does want to find someone and start a family. Dennis takes Lorenzo into the den and shows him a rifle, saying "This is what I would grab for the individual who treated my daughter inappropriately." Lorenzo is understandably taken aback. Meanwhile, Cheryl tells Jennifer she thinks Lorenzo is "adorable." And she admits she's surprised how deep the connection is between them. Lorenzo leaves with some reservations about her family. Then it's off to Venice, to meet Agnese's family. She didn't get any sleep the night before, she's so excited about having him meet her family. She shows him the hospital where she was born, which is as beautiful and elaborate as all the buildings in Venice. She also shows him the church she wants to get married in. Agnese takes him on a gondola ride. He tells her he missed her and that he can't imagine a more romantic spot. They kiss, and keep kissing throughout the boat ride. He meets her parents, Paola and Roberto, and her brother Erico and her sister Angela. Lorenzo's Italian is limited, so Agnese translates. He asks if the family likes New York, and they say they've never been. Fortunately, Agnese's father speaks a little English, so he Lorenzo can talk, man to man. Lorenzo tells Roberto he has "strong feelings" for Agnese, but he's not sure if Roberto really understands him. At the dinner table, even though Lorenzo can't speak the language, Roberto feels that "his Italian side came through." After dinner, brother puts on some music and everyone gets up to dance. Lorenzo says the family made him feel extremely welcome. Lorenzo gives Agnese a lengthy goodbye kiss. He says that saying goodbye to her was difficult and that today was better than he could ever have imagined. He prepares for the week's rose ceremony by looking at framed photographs of the four women. Tonight, he has three roses to bestow. He gives them to: Sadie Jennifer Lisa Agnese says her goodbyes to the other girls and then Lorenzo takes her aside and asks if she's okay. She dabs away tears as he holds her hand and explains why he had to let her go: the communication gap was just too big. "If it were another date, another time, another place, and I could speak Italian, I would still have you here." She says she thinks he's right, but that it's only natural she's disappointed. She goes to hug him and starts to cry and he tells her she's starting to make him cry too. He kisses her and puts her into the limo. "Buena notte, Agnese," he says. In the limo, she says she's glad she tried, at least. She thinks Lorenzo used his head more than his heart in sending her away.

The Bachelor: Rome, Episode 5: Say Hello to My Little Friend by Ashley Lundy -- 11/02/2006 It’s hometown visit time for Lorenzo. He travels to San Diego, Portland, Miami Beach and Venice, Italy. How does he handle meeting the parents? Or seeing Lisa try on a wedding gown? Who has him doing Pilates after dinner? Who catches a baby shark while fishing? And which lovely lady is eliminated? All this and more inside! Buon giorno! Welcome to the fifth episode of The Bachelor: Rome! This week Lorenzo visits the hometowns of the four remaining bachelorettes. The commercials leading up to this episode have shown our bachelor getting a gun put in his face by one of the ladies’ father, having difficulty communicating with Agnese’s family, and the promise of more Erica (gag). Let’s see how it all plays out. We go right to Sadie’s hometown of San Diego. She is waiting for Lorenzo while gazing at the ocean. She says she doesn’t just bring just any guy home; he has to mean something to her. Lorenzo gets out of a standard-reality-TV-show-black-SUV, hugs Sadie and they both agree the other looks cute. Lorenzo thinks Sadie has a lot of qualities he likes. She is fun, has a great personality, and was very honest about her virginity. He wants her parents to know that he really likes their daughter and he is as genuine as Sadie. She tells Lorenzo that her family is going to fall in love with him, as long as he doesn’t say anything lame. Heh. They head to Sadie’s parents’ house and her whole family screams with joy at seeing Sadie home. She hugs them all. Lorenzo meets her father, Reed, her mother, Colleen, her sister, Kelsey, and her best friend, Alexis. Lorenzo says if they are anything like Sadie, they will be easy to get along with and great people. Mother Colleen says she wants to hear everything about The Bachelor experience, and Sadie goes through some of it with her. The first thing she explains to her mother is the group dates. The family questions Lorenzo about that and asks him if he usually dates 10 women at a time. Lorenzo actually answers, “I do, but they don’t know about it.” HA! He is probably joking, and I love it, but that might not have been the best answer for being around family. They all sort of groan-laugh. Sadie tells her family about her and Lorenzo’s first one-on-one date and how Lorenzo actually flew the airplane. Lorenzo interjects that Sadie also flew. He tells them of the town she flew over and all the turns she made. He said it was his favorite date THAT DAY. Sadie jokingly says she has just been humbled. Colleen tells us that her first impression of Lorenzo is that he is very down to earth. He would lock eyes with her and want to be heard. She appreciated that. Back in the dining room, the family says grace and digs into dinner. Sadie tells us that her parents want her to be with someone who loves God and is looking for a serious relationship. Here she is coming back from Italy, with a Prince, and it probably makes them a little nervous. Colleen asks Lorenzo to share some of the criteria he is looking for in a mate. Lorenzo says he is looking for honesty, a best friend, and someone he can trust with anything he says. Lorenzo tells the camera that he doesn’t exactly have any criteria. He is just looking for the right person. He wants Sadie’s parents to know that he cares about her. We see Lorenzo talking with Sadie’s father at the dinner table, and they look to be alone. Lorenzo thanks Reed for inviting him into their house. Lorenzo tells him that Sadie has blown him away, she is a wonderful girl and he has the best of intentions. He also tells Reed that he doesn’t want to hurt anybody, especially Sadie. Lorenzo says that after meeting her family, he realizes where Sadie got all her great traits. Sadie’s dad says, “well, thank you, that’s cool.” I take this moment to shovel a piece of Halloween candy in my mouth while I ponder that response. Well, that’s cool… hmm…mmm… chocolate... sorry. Right. Well, it’s really a fine response, I just wanted the chocolate break. We see Sadie talking with her mother and they also look to be alone. She tells her mom that she just really trusts Lorenzo and he reminds her of her father. Colleen asks in what way, and Sadie says Lorenzo always puts other people before himself. She says she just feels safe with Lorenzo. Reed tells Lorenzo that he had a little time alone with Sadie, and she said that Lorenzo is good quality. Reed trusts Sadie’s judgment. He says she is smart, sincere, and would never be fake. It sounds like Sadie’s father is saying if Sadie thinks Lorenzo is good enough for her then so does he. Isn’t it nice when parents raise their children and then trust in the good job they did? Meanwhile, Sadie tells her mother that she would be proud to have Lorenzo on her arm. Colleen tells Sadie that is a big deal and cautions her to guard her heart. Sadie tells us that she is a girl who has been hurt before, so she IS guarding her heart. She knows in the end that all this risk could be worth it. Sadie announces to her family that she has a little surprise for Lorenzo so they need to leave. Lorenzo says that he loved seeing how close Sadie is with her family. Sadie takes Lorenzo to her favorite beach, called Moonlight Beach. Lorenzo thinks it’s awesome. They start a fire and get to flirting. Lorenzo accuses Sadie of trying to seduce him. She says no and playfully laughs. She tells Lorenzo that he doesn’t need to go to any other cities to see any of the other girls. He asks her if he should just pick her and walk away. She answers yes. Sadie voiceovers that she is invested in Lorenzo. She is opening up and she doesn’t usually do that this quickly. She sees potential and it’s scary. They have a nice fireside make-out session. Next we go to Portland, Oregan to visit Lisa and her family. Lisa reminds us of her timeline/love plan/psycho obsession and how she is going to make that happen with Lorenzo. Oh, geez. Lorenzo says that Lisa is the first girl who he really felt any physical or emotional attraction to, but he still hasn’t seen her open up to him. He has seen her show emotions toward the other girls, but he wants her to start showing it to him. It looks like they are at Lisa’s apartment. They toast with some white wine and Lorenzo compliments Lisa’s home. She says she has a surprise for him. They are going to paint an Italian fresco on her wall. They get to painting the wall some, but mostly each other. Lorenzo thought Lisa showed him a really unpredictable side to her, and it was really cool. I totally agree. That was a cool idea. Suddenly, there is a knock at the door and in comes Ally, Lisa’s best friend. She is carrying a wedding dress. Yikes! When Lisa asks her why, Ally says because when she heard Lisa was in the final four, she thought she might need it. Whoa, was that staged? That felt staged. Did Lisa ask Ally to bring over a wedding dress? It’s an awkward moment. Ally doesn’t have to do much convincing to get Lisa to try it on. While she does, Ally asks Lorenzo if Lisa told him about the timeline. Lorenzo says no and Ally mentions that it includes being married by 26, having children, and being settled by 30 and that Lisa has had it planned her whole life. Lisa comes out and looks very lovely in the wedding dress. In fact, it looks perfectly tailored to her, and I suspect that it was. Lorenzo tells us that Lisa looked beautiful in the wedding dress, but that he was a little freaked out by it. It was a very weird moment. He hasn’t even met Lisa’s parents and her best friend walks in with a wedding dress. How would any guy feel? They would be freaked out. I have to wonder what Lisa is hoping to accomplish with this eerie move. Lorenzo also notices lots of wedding magazines in Lisa’s room and asks Lisa if this is a theme. She says no, but then voiceovers that she came on the show to see if she could find the guy she will marry. She thinks Lorenzo seeing her in the wedding dress made him think that he could marry her. I eat another piece of Halloween candy while I consider that. Nope. I think she is waaay off base with that thinking. Finally, Lisa brings Lorenzo to her parent’s house. Lorenzo meets her father, Fred, her mother, Tina and her brother, Alex. Lorenzo says the family was very welcoming. At the dinner table, Lisa tells her family that she tried on a wedding dress earlier today. Her dad sarcastically says that’s sweet and her mother openly says that’s strange. Fred asks Lorenzo if Lisa showed him her bridal magazines. Lorenzo says he saw them right on the table. At least her father realizes there is something obsessive going on there. Lisa says the magazines are Nina’s, whoever that is. Lorenzo says he noticed Lisa’s wedding theme, and Tina interjects that there is no subtlety there. Fred tells us that his daughter is a planner. Lisa has made lists about what she wants to happen in her life. One of her lists is that she wants to meet a man, get married, and live happily ever after. Father and daughter go off to talk privately. Lisa tells Fred that she knows they are probably freaking out, but she is totally cool with this experience. Her dad says he isn’t freaking out, Lorenzo is a nice boy. Lisa tells dad about the one-on-one dates she’s had with Lorenzo. She shows him the earrings she got from Lorenzo on day one. She also mentions they are 2.5 karats, each, and they are worth $15,000. Elsewhere in the house, Lorenzo and Tina have some time alone. Tina tells him that she is a Pilates instructor and gives him a quick session. Lorenzo is on the floor on his back, flapping his arms and says he feels like a fish. Lisa and Fred watch from the balcony and agree that he does look like a fish. Lisa is cracking up. Lorenzo jokingly tells Lisa she should have told him to bring his workout gear. Lisa tells us that she can’t believe her mom made Lorenzo work out on the floor after dinner! I thought it was quite funny myself, and Lorenzo handled it well. Lorenzo thanks Lisa’s parents for dinner, dessert, and Pilates. He thinks they are wonderful people and he sees where Lisa got her charming qualities. Didn’t he use a similar line with Sadie’s dad? Fred tells us that he thinks Lorenzo is a great guy. He knows his daughter has visions about where she wants to be, but it’s hard to tell if Lorenzo is ready to settle down and start a family now. At least he’s realistic. Lorenzo and Lisa hug and kiss, with Lisa going in for extra kisses. Lorenzo says Lisa’s family made him feel like he was amongst friends, but right now, he has some concerns. Lisa has an agenda. She wants to get married and have kids by the time she is 30. He hopes she isn’t just here because she wants to be married, but rather, because she genuinely likes him. Now we go to spicy Miami Beach to see Jen and her family. Lorenzo thinks the hometown visits are crucial because he is really interested in family. If a girl is close to her parents, that tells him a lot about her. They greet each other at a marina. Jen says it’s a really big deal to introduce Lorenzo to her parents. She’s scared and excited. She says her dad is intense, and if he doesn’t like Lorenzo, he will brandish a large firearm and scare him to death. Ok, maybe that’s not what she said, but her father will tell Jen how he feels about the Lorenzo. Her dad doesn’t care who the guy is, he just wants to make sure that Lorenzo is going to make Jen happy. We see Jen and Lorenzo doing some boat fishing in the rain. Lorenzo thinks it’s more romantic than kissing at St. Peters. He must be getting seasick. Jen agrees though and adds that rain is romantic. Jen catches a fish, but it’s not a fish, it’s a baby shark! Whoa! Someone cuts the baby shark off the line, lets Jen give the shark a kiss goodbye, and throws him back in the water. Lorenzo kisses Jen and congratulates her good catch. He is very impressed. Jen says she and Lorenzo have great chemistry together, but she is a little nervous. She is an only child and her parents have only ever had her. Every time she brings a guy in, it’s hard for them because they feel like they have to share her. This is not sounding promising. Lorenzo asks Jen to give him some pointers about her family. He point blank asks if her father has guns and she says yes. She’s even curious how he knew that. He says he can just tell. Lorenzo says he’s nervous to meet Jen’s parents because she’s an only child and because her dad has an extensive gun collection. That’s going to make any guy nervous. They arrive a Jen’s parent’s house and her mom grabs Jen for a big hug. Lorenzo meets her father, Dennis, her mother, Cheryl and the dog, Tiffany. Lorenzo says he feels nervous and awkward about what he is going to say. Jen says that she is daddy’s little girl. Dennis tells us that it doesn’t matter if Lorenzo is an Italian prince, the King of England, or President of the United States. It’s just a matter of if Lorenzo is worthy of his little girl. This could be a rough dinner. At the dinner table, Dennis asks Lorenzo about being an Italian prince. Basically, he asks what is an Italian prince? Lorenzo explains his genealogy to him. Then Dennis asks Lorenzo if he is ready to find somebody and live life with a lifelong partner. Lorenzo says he is not there to ask for Jen’s hand in marriage yet, but he is at a point that he is ready to look for somebody. Dennis tells Jen, in front of everyone, that this is not the way he thought she would find a husband. Jen tells us that her dad would never react in front of Lorenzo if he didn’t like him. Her dad has a very strong personality and has been known to intimidate guys she has brought home in the past. Frankly, I think he’s being rude. I mean, his own daughter went on the show, competed like everyone else, and she brought this guy home. Why can’t he trust her judgment? I guess he just doesn’t trust her the way Sadie’s dad trusts Sadie. After dinner, Dennis pulls Lorenzo aside and asks him how he feels about Jen. Lorenzo says he hasn’t found anything he doesn’t like about her. This is the moment that Dennis feels it necessary to pull out the ole shotgun and tell Lorenzo that this is the weapon he would use on the person that treated his daughter inappropriately. He goes on to say that if somebody put their hands on his daughter, he says they would have what he likes to call a “situation.” Lorenzo says after the gun incident, he knew he needed to be on his best behavior. Okay, I’m not a guy, but if this happened to me, I don’t care how much I liked the girl, I’d run for the hills. No one is worth being threatened at gunpoint for, but that’s just me. I eat two pieces of Halloween candy because guns scare me and chocolate comforts. How ya like that logic? Lorenzo says he had a great date with Jen, but he still has some concerns about her parents. He isn’t sure that they liked him. Since family is so important to him, he isn’t sure what he will do at the next rose ceremony. Now, Lorenzo heads back to Italy to visit Agnese in Venice. Lorenzo is still worried about the communication factor with her. Agnese says she couldn’t sleep last night because she was so nervous to introduce him to her parents. She didn’t expect to feel this way, but she is falling for Lorenzo. They hug, and Lorenzo says she looks wonderful and very Italian. Agnese tells Lorenzo she doesn’t like this type of competition. She says only Lorenzo knows what he wants, but he says sometimes he doesn’t know. I’m very confused at what she is saying, but Lorenzo seems to get it. Lorenzo translates for us and says that Agnese was worried about him meeting the other girls’ families. So he reminded her that today is about the two of them and not to worry about any other girl or any other place. We cut back to him asking her if she is ok with that and she says yes. He tells her not to worry about what he does or says with anybody else and she says yes. They kiss. Case closed. Ah, Venice! Agnese shows Lorenzo the hospital she was born in and the church she would like to get married in. All of the buildings are just gorgeous. Lorenzo loves seeing Venice with Agnese. It’s one of the most beautiful cities in the world. He has never been on a gondola ride and he’s never been with such a beautiful girl. On the gondola ride, Lorenzo is overwhelmed with romance and he kisses Agnese. Lorenzo says she was the most beautiful sight he saw today. Sweet. Agnese tells Lorenzo he will be meeting her parents, brother, and sister. Her family mostly does not speak English, but Agnese tells Lorenzo he can just drink a lot of wine. Good plan. Lorenzo doesn’t know how the dinner is going to pan out. There is going to be a communication problem and there will probably be a lot of silence at the table. Time to meet Agnese’s family. Lorenzo wants to let them know he has good intentions and he cares for their daughter. He may live in New York, but he still comes from an Italian background and really values family. Upon their arrival, much hugging and kissing ensues. Lorenzo meets Angese’s father, Roberto, her mother, Paola, her brother, Enrico, and her sister, Angela. Lorenzo gives flowers to Paola. Lorenzo talks to the family with Agnese translating. He tells them when he lived in Italy and where he lives now. Papa Roberto tells us that Lorenzo seemed like a nice guy, but he isn’t sure that he is the right one for Agnese. He could be. He hopes Lorenzo is here with good intentions. Roberto asks Lorenzo what he thinks of Agnese. Lorenzo says he has strong feelings for her and liked her personality when he first met her. Now that he knows her, he can’t say enough about her. Lorenzo asks Roberto if he can understand him. Roberto replies that it is very difficult. Lorenzo tells him that he really likes Agnese, has a lot of emotions for her, and feels very strongly towards her. This time it’s Roberto who says he’s sorry Lorenzo can’t speak Italian. It’s dinner time. Lorenzo tries to speak a little Italian to the family, but it’s isn’t necessarily successful. It’s cute that he tried though! Roberto tells Agnese to tell Lorenzo that they are so happy for Agnese and happy he is there. They want their daughter to be happy. Lorenzo is very glad to be there too. It’s an honor for him to be there with her family. Roberto tells us that even though Lorenzo is American, the dinner table is where a true Italian shows himself, Lorenzo’s Italian side came through, even though he can’t speak the language. They have a big family toast, then little brother Enrico turns on the dance music and everyone starts to cut a rug. Lorenzo says dancing is a form of communication, and Agnese’s family made him feel extremely welcome. Agnese is impressed with how her family handled Lorenzo. Before the evening is over and they have to head back to Rome, they have a kiss outside her front gate. Lorenzo feels bad that it is the end of the date. He wants Angese to know that he didn’t want to say goodbye to her. Back at Castle Borghese, it’s rose ceremony time. Lorenzo says he knows it won’t be easy, it will be emotional, but when the time comes, he’ll make the right decision. Chris tells the girls that there are only three roses for four women. Lorenzo tells the girls that he is speechless, this is difficult for him. His heart is filling with emotions. He is sorry to the girl he has to hurt tonight. The first rose goes to Sadie. Yea! Sadie accepts with a “yes, sir.” I love Sadie. The second rose goes to Jen. She is, of course, pleased. The final rose goes to… Lisa. Agnese is out. It must have been that darn language problem. Agnese says goodbye to the other girls and Lorenzo walks her out. Lorenzo says he wanted to tell Agnese that he found her very attractive and enjoys his time with her, but the number one thing you need to grow a relationship is communication. At this point, they don’t have that. She wipes tears away. Lorenzo says when he first saw Agnese, he thought she was beautiful and wanted to get to know her. He thinks he did. He liked her more and more each minute he spent time with her. He just hates that they can’t fully express themselves. Agnese thinks he is right, but it is natural she is disappointed. She hugs him and he kisses on her. They are both crying. I eat one final piece of chocolate in honor of Agnese. Men come and go, but chocolate is forever. Lorenzo says it was very difficult letting her go tonight. He thinks Agnese understands he sincerely cared for her; it wasn’t a game for him. In Italian, Agnese tells us she doesn’t always say how she feels because she knows no one will understand her. She tried, but it didn’t work. She says it’s difficult to divide head and heart. She thinks Lorenzo used more head than heart. Next week, it’s overnight dates with the three finalists in romantic European locations. Jen spills her guts to Lorenzo. Lorenzo questions Lisa about her love plan and her intentions. Sadie’s virginity is put to the test. Really? All this time she waited just to do it on national television. No, I don’t believe that. They are just trying to create a little drama. Finally, with barely a minute to spare, we hear Erica’s thoughts on the finalists. She says Sadie & Jen are vanilla milkshakes. Sadie’s a virgin, but there’s no other difference between those two. Lisa is also a vanilla milkshake with a cinnamon stick, some chocolate sprinkles and a dab of beer. Erica, though, is a champagne flavored milkshake that’s perfect for Lorenzo and he needs to have a sip of that. Off camera, some woman tells Erica that she is so clever. Erica actually believes her. I really hope this is the last of Erica. Probably it won’t be. I’ll learn to cope.
