Sunday night/ Survivor Finale!
I was glad I caught the promo for the finale. I wasn't sure what night it would be on considering it will be two hours, and the Apprentice has their finale on Thursday, or is that on a different night too? I am not a TV guide reader, I usually look it up on Tivo, but I have also missed a few shows doing it that way. Woohoo! Tomorrow night we will know the winner! But then sadness rolls into til the next series. :sad: Come on Big Brother!

Ian should never have gone on this show. He is not cut out for it....can't lie and can't handle the pressure. Even if he was serious about voting Tom off he still should have gone to Tom and told him what he was doing... Stupid, stupid, stupid :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: Since they did an impromptu vote to vote Ian out...that means his torch didn't get "snuffed"....isn't that another first? I did not recognize Katy. It looks like she's lost weight.

I ended up liking Ian more and Tom less. Even after Ian gave up the immunity to get Tom's "respect", Tom made several references to being "misled" during the final tribal council, an obvious reference to Ian. It seemed like he took some cheap shots at Ian to help others feel better about voting for Tom, 'cuz if he had only known Ian was dishonest, he wouldn't have voted against Greg/Caryn/Coby/Janu/Steph/Jen. :roll: Bookie, I agree that Katie looked totally different. :shock: And not necessarily better. We were like, "who is that?" A lot of the women look different during the reunion show 'cuz they do the whole makeup thing, but IMO, very few of them actually look prettier. I can't believe they let Wanda sing another song... :lol: They gals should have listened to Steph and turned on the guys a few episodes back. Caryn is a doofus for not going along with them. Tom was way to powerful; how did she not see that?

Poor Ian...he really needs to take lessons in lying. His downward spiral started with Caryn and it just kept going down and down.

I think while Ian was too honest at times, when it came time to skirt an issue he always got tongue tied and made it obvious he was not telling the truth. I think alot of it has to do with maturity. Just like Jeff announced the "average" age of the winners of survivor was 34. That does say alot. When you mature you start to learn when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. Ian just got really messed up making too many promises to too many people. I think Tom was still just fuming thinking his best and most trusted friend was gonna vote him off, rather than making it to the final two and duking it out. I am so glad Tom won, he was my favorite!
