"Come Play Wiz Me" (1/21/07)
The show starts with Mary Alice telling us the one thing Orsen understands is teeth. People everywhere expected him to have the answers, sadly it wasn't always the case. Bree Bree asked him about the teeth and said Alma must have killed Monique and tried to set him up. He said he would take the teeth back to her place. He called his mom and asked what she and Alma have been up to and his mom said she had no idea what he was talking about. Orsen went to see Alma and said the game was over, she lost. Alma said his mother told her about Bree's discovery. He said he may have thrown the teeth out, or hidden them in her place or maybe the police would get them first. She said he can't go to the cops with this and he said "Neither can you". She said had they kept trying for a child they'd still be together and he said that's why he stopped trying. Orsen's mom went to Bree while she was watering her garden and told Bree that Alma wants Orsen back. She told Bree adultery is a sin and that the church doesn't accept divorce so Bree is the other woman. Bree asked her if the shoes she was wearing were suede, she said "yes" and Bree hosed them...lol. Andrew was on the computer and Orsen walked in and the phone rang. He asked what Alma did now and said he would be right over. When he got there his mother was there and Alma was laying on the bed, with a bandage around her wrist, with blood coming through, making it seem as if she slit her wrists. His mother offered him a drink. He was about to get up saying "I will not submit to this emotional blackmail" but he got dizzy and couldn't stand. He asked his mom if she tried to poison him and just then Alma takes the bandage off her wrist and apologized for faking but said she needed to get his attention. Orsen was still woozy at his time and asked them what they wanted and his mother said "What every mother wants from their child, a grandchild". Alma got up and had red lingerie on and Orsen passed out. While she had him on the bed she told him she had been injecting herself with hormones so she could get pregnant (ahhh..that's what that was!!) and she said she put two pills in his drink, one to put him to sleep and the other one to keep the part she wanted perky. Bree got home and Andrew told her Orsen had been at Alma's for hours. She went up to the room and saw Alma in her lingerie and Alma and Orsen in bed, laying down. Alma looked shocked and apologized and Bree was freaking out. She was trying to wake Orsen up, getting real upset at him and then she realized he was put to sleep and found the pills in the drawer. She told Alma "you raped my husband" and Alma told Bree that maybe once their baby is born he would go back to her, Bree lost it and punched Alma. She called Andrew to get over and bring a wheel barrel with him. Lynette Lynette was getting ready for her first day back to work. Parker asked her if she had to go back and said he misses her all day long. She asked if he was tired of all her yelling and he said he was but that she had been nicer since getting shot. Tom came home and was upset that the manager had already quit. It was the street fair and Lynette told him he still had to do it, it was important. He asked her to call in sick and help him but she said she couldn't. Ed was outside waiting for her and Tom suggested she come up with something. So she walks out with her arm in a sling and looked like she was still in pain, etc... They told her to stay home longer, she didn't want to and then pretended she was having some sort of attack when her pills fell out of her bag, so they left her and she said she'd see them next week. Mrs. McClusky was babysitting Kayla and told Kayla that she probably hurt Lynette's felelings by not going to the street fair. The doorbell rang and it was Ed with a gift for Lynette telling Mrs. McClusky to tell her to get well soon. Kayla heard and snuck out the back door and went to tell Ed that Lynette wasn't sick and told him where he could find her. Lynette was passing aorund pizza and bumped into Ed. He fired her and she promised she would go in on Monday and give her 100% and do anything he wanted. He said even work late and miss the kids baseball games, etc.. and she said "yes". Ed said see you monday, Parker heard and was sad. Later we see Lynette walking into Tom's restaurant and puts a paper down in front of him and says "I hear you're looking for a manager". She told Tom she quit, that she wanted to work together, make their own hours, be together more, etc... He was happy, told her she was hired but told her she would have to sleep with the boss. They kissed. Gabby and Susan Gabby was at the Little Miss Snowflake pageant and was surprised and happy when "her" girl won. Then she saw Zach and he told her he paid the judges for the girl to win. She got really upset and called him a psychopath and told him the only way they'd ever be in the same room together again was if he strangled a teenager and she was on the jury. Ian and Susan went to introduce the lawyer to Mike. They met and the lawyer suggest he plead guilty for manslaughter to get a maximum sentence of 10 years instead of life. Susan freaked and told Ian they needed to find a lawyer who would believe Mike was innocent. Ian got real upset and saying she was obsessed with Mike and if she wanted a different lawyer to get one herself. He said he had to board a plane to Montreal (hehe) for business and he left. In jail, Mike confronted Paul and told him he knew that he paid off those 2 guys. Paul admitted he did it because he wanted to ask Mike a favor. He asked Mike if he knew Zach and told Mike that he and Paul shared more than just a jail cell together, he told him he was Zach's father. Mike wanted to know why he was telling him that now and why no one told him before. Paul said Zach remembers Mike and said if Mike talks to him he will reach out. He asked Mike if he could get Zack to go and see him. Mike said "that's one hell of a favor, you have some nerve". Back at home someone was delivering flowers to Gabby and Susan asked Lynette of it was Gabby's birthday. Lynette updated Susan on the Zach story and said he inherited millions from his grandfather when he turned 18. Susan went to see Gabby and asked Gabby if she could go out with Zack to get a good lawyer for Mike. Gabby told Susan she was obsessed with Mike and that because of it she has pissed off Bree and Ian so far. Gabby went to see Zack, he was with a band in a studio at his house. She told him he could take her out to dinner, they would travel seperately, no dessert and no touching but that he has to help Mike. Zack refuses and says if he's going to pay for a lawyer he needs a date with Gabby. He tells her 3 meals, dessert, activities of his choice and a goodnight kiss. Gabby say no and he asks how much the bail is for Mike, she says 1 million. He says he will tell Susan she refused and so Gabby gave in. He dropped her off at home in a limo and she was laughing a lot. She said she had a great time. She was about to walk in when he reminded her of the goodnight kiss, she puckered up but he basically shoved his tongue down her throat. She got really upset and told him he couldn't kiss. He said everyone has told him he is the best kisser, she said "You pay girls to say that" and he didn't disagree. She basically told him to leave her alone and he left real upset. Ian then called Susan and told her Jane was in bad shape and asked her to go to the hospital, that he would be there when he could. She said o.k. At the hospital Jane's best friend Erica was talking to Susan and told her that Jane had an affair 5 years ago with a guy named John. Ian was hurt, he took her back but never trusted her fully after that. She told her "It hurts to be betrayed by someone you love that much". Ian called from the plane and Susan told him Jane probably wasn't going to make it. He said he had some things to tell her that he had kept inside for so long so Susan told him she would put the phone on Jane's ear and he could tell her. Gabby went back to see Zach and said she had a good time but wasn't happy with the way it ended. He opened up to her a little saying he has to pay everyone for everything, that he really isn't even in a band, he has to pay people to hang out with him, etc.. She told him she was a friend and he didn't have to pay her for it. She stressed real clear that they were only friends and nothing more. He was happy to hear that. Mike saw Zack and asked if he remembered him. They spoke a little and Mike told him that he needed something but not for him. Then we see Zack visiting Paul in jail. Paul tells him he looks terrific, that his mom would be proud and that he missed him. He apologized and asked if they could be friends. Zack said O.K. and made sure that's all he wanted. Paul said there was one more thing. He said Felicia Tillman faked her death and that if Zack gave him money he could get out of jail and look for her and they could live their life the way they were before. Zack looked at him and told him he had the most amazing girlfriend in the world and that he was going to marry her and she had expensive taste. He said he has to learn how to say no and as he's walking away he turns around and says "I do forgive you though.......Paul". Mike pulled up in a car and sees Susan. He said Zack bailed him out of jail and he is sure she had something to do with it, she says yes. He asks if there is any way he can thank her and she tells him not to see her anymore. Just then Ian's car was pulling up, she turned to Mike and said "Good luck with everything" and walked away from him, to Ian's car. Ian got out and she stared at him, hugged him tightly and Mike was just staring from across the street. Mary Alice said "Yes, it can happen so quickly, life as we know it can change in the blink of an eye. Unlikely friendships can blossom, -Zack got flowers from Gabby with a card that read "Thanks for dinner". Important careers can be tossed aside, -Tom and Lynette at the pizza place. A long lost hope can be rekindled. -Alma taking a pregnancy test out of a bag. Still we should be grateful for whatever changes life throws at us, because all too soon the day will come when there are no changes left. -Jane passed away, wheeling her bed away.
