Another thing I didn't like while playing poker was when you end up in a room with chatty people. I just wanted to get the hands I needed, win my badge, and get out of there. Some people posted "gh" or "wtg" after every win (one person put "ggg" and I still don't know what that means :?: ) and it made me feel like I had to thank them when they said it to me and post it for them when they won. Sometimes I'd leave a room where the people were doing that and find another room where the people didn't feel the need for social niceties while playing. :twisted: Then you get these morons who come into a room and post "Is there anyone here?". Duh, all you have to do is look at the list of names in the room, genius. When they say things like that, I'm tempted to post "No. You're the only one here". Let them puzzle that out for a few minutes. :lol:

I'm not bothering with the poker one this week. When I first tried playing it, it took so bloody long because there was something wrong with the rooms. Then they shut down the "free" rooms and we were only able to play and use our own tokens, so I didn't bother with that. I hate playing multi-player games where I don't have the option to play with the computer. There are far too many stupid people out there. Pika, I'm the bitch in those games who's saying "hello???? Are you going to play??" I can't stand waiting for people who play too damn slow!!!!! I can't remember if I did a personal challenge or not this time. I better go check!

I wasn't referring to poker with the people asking if anyone is there. I had people doing that in Sweet Tooth and sometimes they do that in World Class Solitaire, Mahjong and some of the other games. Just people wanting to talk while they're playing their game but asking if anyone is there is weird to me because it's listed so they shouldn't have to ask. They might ask if anyone who's there wants to talk. That's different. :grin: I got so PO'd at Poker on Sunday morning! My first game, I had a full house. I was waiting for the bonus card question to come to me and ws going to decline it because I didn't need it when all of a sudden, the room went away and after a few seconds I got a message saying Loading Room. It never did let me back in so I lost a win I should have had toward my badge. :evil: It took me over an hour to get another win that counted toward my badge. :evil: :evil: :evil: I asked people in the new room I had gone to if any of them had that happen to them and a few had so at least it wasn't just me.

I didn't play Omaha. I don't like it. I got my sweettooth badge, I got ripped off one spin because I won wallpaper. :roll: As if I'm going to use some hokey wallpaper. gg = good going. ggg could have just been fat fingers. or "girl" or "guy" i most likely won't do any personal challenges anymore. I have all the badges I like and want. I'm gettin sick of Pogo but my membership is good until November.

Maybe they meant good game going. :wink: Someone said it to me when I got four 7's in a hand. The one who said it had a full house so since I didn't know what ggg meant at the time, I thought they might be cursing me out. :lol:

I always think it is funny when they put "vnh" instead of "nh." That cracks me up! I enjoyed playing 6th street so I started playing Texas Hold'em for the badge. I have 7 of 9 jackpot spins. I have to get two jackpot spins tonight. That may take me forever! You have to win three hands to get a spin. Pika - I played Greenback Bayou the other night because I didn't know what it was. I was really bored after a while. What do you have to do in order to complete that badge? As far as next week's challenges go, I am not looking forward to Pinochle. It is boring and I have no clue what is going on half of the time. It seems like the computer does all of the work for you. What is Payday Freecell? Is it that card game where you have 4 spots to put your Kings or something like that (kind of like a solitaire)? I read at pogo when I joined that they occasionally have a marathon week when you can do 3 personal challenges instead of just the 1. When are they going to do that again??? They should let you play more challenges in the summer when there isn't much TV on!!

Now you give us the hint about Omaha Poker, after I already have my badge. :evil: I fixed up my Pogo mini, too, and tried to post it here but it only posted parts of the picture. I did the Snapshot but it wouldn't save. It indicated that it was working on it but it never finished up, kind of like it got stuck. I'll have to try it again later. If nothing else, I can do a print screen and save the image to photobucket to post it here. I looked at your mini, Qbone. Kind of surprised you didn't go for the pirate costume since it has a sword but I like what you did with yours. :wink:
