numbers?

numbers?
whats up with the numbers they have something to do with this whole thing.....

They definitely mean something, but what, I have no clue! :? I'm really curious, because 4 of the numbers are "birthday numbers" that I used to use when I'd buy a lottery ticket (of course, I never won squat. :evil: )

weren't the numbers the ones that Hurley chose to win the lottery that some crazy man gave him or something? Since that, death and bad luck have followed him everywhere. I know those numbers have popped up a couple of places now.

Yeah they are Hurley's bad luck numbers. He used them to win the lottery, but then bad things started happening to him: ie. as he was taking his mom to see the new house he bought, she broke her leg, and the house burned down. Then the plane crashed, and now they are printed on the hatch. I'm thinking that since Kate said that the 23 means something to her, that the other numbers will mean something to others, like maybe to Jack, Locke, etc.

JJ Abrams makes me laugh - the number 47 is a big part of his other show, Alias. Hmmm, I never noticed that. What about that other show he did - Felicity? Did he have a thing for numbers when he did that show?

Nope no numbers in Felicity.. just that annoying habit of having the characters say "hey" when they walked into a room .. LOL.. that drove me nuts!!!
