Meat Dishes Easy Pork Chops
4 (4 oz.) boneless pork loin chops (center cut; about 1/2" thick)
1 tsp. lemon-herb seasoning
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
1/3 c. fat-free chicken broth
Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle both sides w/ seasoning & cook 3-4 min. each side in skillet sprayed with Pam (or until lightly browned). Remove chops and keep warm. Wipe skillet & combine broth & vinegar in skillet. Cook 5-6 min. (medium heat) until it reduces to a thin sauce. Serve sauce over chops. Great with veggies or rice.

Pizza Burgers
10 oz. extra lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 oz. skim milk mozzerella cheese (grated)
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
Combine beef, salt, pepper, and oregano. Form into 4 patties. Cook 3 min. in skillet. Turn. Spread each with 1 tbsp. tomato sauce & mushrooms and 1/4 cheese. Cook 4 min. more. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 4 <4 points each>
Notice these are not served on buns. You could do so, but it adds more points/calories/carbs.
