Wow, I need to go back and read the Ice Queens story. I started reading the new part and couldn't remember most of what had happened in the story up to that time. I have a bad memory. :oops:

I didn't get around to working on my story this weekend since I'm studying for a test and final exams are coming up. I'll try to get around to when I can.

I've been putting off my studying to either post here or play games at Pogo and I've been feeling guilty about it. Plus I've just been lucky I've been doing so well as little as I've studied but I'm afraid my luck is going to run out soon so I decided to work really hard this weekend. I got all but one chapter in my study guide done so all I'll have to do is review my notes and I'll be ready for the test.

I suppose I could try mixing my duties and have everyone on the cruise taking a biology test for their first challenge. :lol:

Still haven't gotten around to writing lately. I have like one paragraph of the next installment written so I'll get back to it when I can. My final exam is Monday and after that I'll be out of school for a little over a week. I wish we had a longer break. I'll try to get some writing done before the next semester starts.

Yay! We have a new chapter in Desperate Househusbands!

We ought to start giving awards in Luau Cove like the Daytime Emmys or something for best character, best supporting character, best story, etc. Maybe that would encourage more people to write. :razz:

Thank you Nom de Plume for giving us these wonderful stories. I know how hard it is to keep a storyline going. I look forward to every chapter you have time to do for us. :grin: :grin:

I only have the final exam left in my class (June 20th) and then I'm free until August 23rd. Woo hoo!!

I'm going to move the story Dreams and Nightmares from my other site, The Dark Side, to here. I'll credit the author of each section at the end of each post. :wink:

It's difficult maintaining two sites so I figured if The Dark Side doesn't maintain enough visitors to stay in business, we can still have the stories from there.

It's been a long time (a little over a year!) but I've finally started working on stories again. A new chapter of Dreams and Nightmares has been posted in Luau Cove. I've taken lots of notes and plan to work on it when I can so I can hopefully post at least one new chapter each week. There's still a lot of story to tell and I want to finish it someday!

I'm not sure when I'll start on the Mole: Cruiseship again. I kind of feel like I need to focus on one story at a time so I can get some momentum going. If I try to work on both at once, I lose my train of thought and end up stalling.

BTW, Nom de Plume sent me a pm the other day hinting that there may be new chapters of Desperate Househusbands to come so be on the lookout for that and if you're anxious for the return of the series, a few kind words to Nom in this thread might make it happen faster (and ensure that your character gets a few extra lines). :wink:

I haven't been producing my chapter a week as was my original goal. :oops: Sometimes life gets in the way of good intentions. Plus no one seemed too enthused about the new chapter so it didn't exactly drive me to write more.
