I wonder if the producers decided to stall for time so the old folks could still stay in the race. Plus, maybe they wanted to make life hard for Amber and Rob by saying that the race was still on. That was a shock for them. I think it will be a shock for all the teams. After all that stress and pushing hard to get there before the other teams just to find out they have to keep on trucking. What a bummer. Meanwhile..... the Oldies but goodies will walk up to Phil tearfully that they know they are last but are really happy that they lasted that long. Then they will get shocked that the race is still on for them. They will jump with joy and get their second wind and pass up a lot of teams on the next round. I am guessing.

I doubt it Luci. I do believe the routes, tasks, etc are all planned in advance. I doubt they change much at the last minute.....but what the heck do I know :wink:
