I knew there was a reason I didnt like him! He just seemed so shady and now I know why.

I can't believe this hasn't been in the news more. I really thought this would affect the vote this week, but it seems that most people haven't heard about it.

I cant believe Fox minimized it so much, saying it dont matter because he told them before hand. So WHAT?! If Frenchie had told them about her topless photos would they have let her stay? What about that other kid..if he had told them about his crime would he have been let stay? Something tells me no they wouldnt. What does Scott have that they want him around...he isnt THAT good and he certainly isnt eye candy. I seen Paula on one of the entertainment news shows and they ask if he would be asked to leave...her reply was a huge smile and the patent "No because he told the producers upfront". Im sorry but that pisses me off. They constantly talk about the image..so and so is too chunky to be an idol...her hair is all wrong...you look too old...you sound too old...you wear glasses...your nose is too big.....you dress like a nerd..youre out. I am curious as to what people think he should have to do besides leaving AI, to atone for his mistake that he hasn't done already? Is he labelled for life? I have not heard of any more incidents. The girlfriend did the right thing by pressing charges. Maybe that gave him a wake up call. Maybe he learned something from anger management etc etc. People are flawed and make mistakes. Some worse than others. I wouldn't want to be labelled for any of the mistakes of my past. Would you?

My rant isnt about Scott.....its about FOX and their inconsistency in ejecting contestants for past indescretions. But if you abuse someone its going to follow you...he gets no pity from me if it comes back to bite him in the butt.

If Frenchie had told them about her topless photos would they have let her stay? Actually, maybe I'm remembering wrong, but I thought she had told them.

I didnt like him from day 1 but couldnt really say why other than his attitude during the Hollywood part (refusing to practice w/his partners), but there was something else. I just didnt like him at all..now I know why. I said the same thing to hubby last night. I didn`t like him from day 1 and now I know why. Hubby said that it`s sad he`s labeled so badly from one report. I said that if you have ever been controlled or abused, maybe he might think differently. And abusive men don`t usually change their behavior. In my experience they only get worse. He has always looked "creepy" to me. But I`ve been like that from the tough lessons I`ve learned from my past. I can about see an abusive control freak a mile away.

You're not remembering wrong, Frenchie did tell them in advance. I would love to know the difference between Scott and the other two? You can hit a woman, but don't show your breasts. I guess breasts really are the devil. They can get you kicked off of AI and mess up the halftime show at the Super Bowl. :lol:
