Elimination Show- From 24 to 20 *Spoilers*
Girls What I thought was going to happen Heather and Stevie What I wanted to happen Stevie and Brenna What happened Becky got the least number of votes. (I didn't see that one coming) Stevie got the second least number of votes. Both were eliminated. How it happened Mandisa, Paris, Ayla, Katherine, Kelly and Lisa were all safe. Then, Stevie, Heather, and Melissa were all safe. Kinnik, Becky, and Brenna went to center stage. Kinnik got sent back. Becky was sent home. Mandisa, Paris, Ayla, Katherine, Kelly and Lisa were safe again. Then, Kinnik, and Brenna were safe. Then, Melissa was safe. Heather and Stevie started toward center stage and were stopped when Ryan told Stevie she was gone. Guys What I thought would happen Bobby and Kevin What I wanted to happen Sway and Gedeon------- I know, fat chance huh? What happened Bobby got the least number of votes. Patrick got the second least number of votes. He was good but he wasn't memorable. How it happened Two rows 1) Will, David, Taylor, Bucky, Gedeon, Patrick. 2) Ace, Kevin, Sway, Chris, Elliot, Bobby First row was safe. Elliot, and Ace safe. Chris and Kevin safe. Sway and Bobby went to center stage. Next time, second row safe. Separated into pairs. Gedeon, Taylor, David, and Will safe. Bucky vs. Patrick. Patrick goes home.

I was floored when Stevie didn't get the least amount of votes. I was sure she would be the first out. I haven't seen all of the guys perform yet but I was satisfied with the girls that were eliminated.

Same! I was shocked...

I picked the right girls to go home. And I was right about one of the guys and the other was on my list of who might go. I really wanted Brenna to go, she annoys me. And I really can not stand the crooner guy. Heather going home with the least votes didn't surprise me. She may be pretty but I didn't even think she should have gone on to Hollywood. Just goes to show you that looks are not everything. And I thought Stevie was an idiot to think that AI was the right forum to introduce opera.....give me a break, it is "pop" music that sells, not opera. She definitely made a bad choice. I will be crossing my fingers that Brenna goes home next week.

I think even an opera song would have flown if Stevie did a good job with it but she was horrible. She doesn't seem comfortable performing in front of an audience and you have to be to be a pop singer. The only thing I could see her doing musically is directing a children's chorus or doing backup vocals for another singer.
