Decadent Desserts
This is NOT a diet recipe! Mississippi Mud Bars 4 eggs 2 sticks of butter 1 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 1-2 c. choped nuts 1 1/2 c. flour 1 lg. container of marshmellow creme 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 jar chocolate frosting Mix all ingreadients except marshmellow creme and chocolate frosting. Bake 30 min. at 350. While still warm, spread marshmellow creme over it. Cool and then frost. Cut into bars.

Cinnamon Rolls with Orange Glaze 1 1-pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 1 tablespoon margarine, melted 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Nonstick cooking spray 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel or orange zest 2 to 3 teaspoons orange juice *On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle. *Brush dough with melted margarine, sprinkle evenly with the 1 tablespoon sugar and the cinnamon. * Roll up dough, beginning from one of the long sides. Seal seam. Slice into twelve 1-inch pieces. Hint: To slice the dough into 12 pieces, put a piece of heavy-duty thread under the dough. Criss-cross the thread over the dough and pull quickly. *Spray a 9x1½-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place rolls in pan with one cut side down. Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly double, about 30 minutes. *Bake in a 375º oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly, remove from pan. *For glaze, in a small bowl stir together powdered sugar, orange peel, and enough orange juice to make of desired consistency. Drizzle over warm rolls. Serve warm. Serves 12.
