Bren got fired because.......
He wanted to go home. In the Board room he talked about how he wasn't a high risk taker and that he missed his wife and kids. In the taxi cab he said he found out he really didn't want to work for Trump. He feels comfortable going home and do the type of work he is used to doing. I could tell he really didn't care about his project and it was really stupid to think that he could interview top managers cold turkey on the telephone. Alex was also lazy in not wanting to meet with the Staple people. The table he created was cutsy but where do you put it when office space is limited? It was not functional at all. Alex had used psychology on Bren by talking bad about Carolyn and George privately off the cameras and how he was going to tell them off at the board meeting but he didn't. Bren noticed that Alex was all talk and Alex fought to stay. At one point I thought Trump was going to fire both of them. I would like to see Alex team up with Kendra. LOL.

Craig is sooooo creative in creating things. First he created the BOX that Home Depot is now selling and now he has created THE Desk Lazy Susan Holder that Staples is now selling. I noticed they put a dark color on it to make it look smaller. Craig has creative abilities in making things but he lacks the finess on how to talk to co-workers. He should have said to Kendra that he would explain his ideas step by step and not say, "I will speak slowly so you can understand it". I wouldn't want any boss to say that to me. I would rather have the boss take me aside and show me what they are talking about. I have told people in the business world , "Listen to me very carefully as I explain things to you step by step. Some people will get the information right away and others need to have things explained to them. I think Kendra jumps to conclusions without listening carefully. She didn't want to hear what Craig had to say. She could only conceive what she was thinking and imaging sp. in her mind. She doesn't seem to have any patience.

I knew the instant Bren said he wasn't a risk taker that he was going home. Oh, and the the fact that Trump absolutely loves Alex was also a clue.

I wonder if Trump wants to save Alex to be one of the finalists so he can slam him like he did that Blond attorney on the last show?
