It's almost time for a new avatar theme. Any ideas? I was thinking an Australia theme would be neat. They have all kinds of unique animals, aborigines, there are celebrities from Australia. Plenty of stuff to build a theme party on.

Sorry I couldn't include everyone in my signature line photo! I'm sure the rest of you are off frolicking somewhere. :wink:

Time to start thinking about the next theme already! I have some ideas but since I've chosen the last couple of themes, I want to give someone else a chance. If no one offers any ideas, I'll post mine and we can choose one of them. :wink:

Here are some ideas I have mulled over.

Theme Ideas:

Sports Icons - Its the time of year when all the major sports are up or ready to start. Baseball in the Post-seaon, Football- in full stride, Hockey has begun, Basketball is in training camp. Even sports like Soccer, Tennis, and Golf are playing.

Autumn - Tis the season after all. Leaves, cider, hayrides, corn-mazes, cooler temperatures...what does Fall mean to us?

Authors - The Pen is mighter and so forth. From Chaucer to J.K. Rowling. Those who inspire or just entertain us.

Comic strip characters- Are you Hagar the Horrible or Sally Forth? Do you live in a Family Circus or the Far Side? Do you fear you are turning into Opus or Charlie Brown?

Autumn was one of the themes I was considering, too! So many of us on the board listed the Fall as our favorite season, I thought it would make a great avatar theme.

I want to do a comic strip theme sometime, too. :wink:

Authors is another good one.

I'm not into sports myself but we have other sports fans on the board so that might be a good one.

Autumn has my vote for this week's theme! :razz: :razz:

Judging by Pikas avatar and sig. its either Fall or Halloween...which one?

Fall in general. I have a lot of Halloween themed things because it's something I associate with the Fall. :wink:

I was just about to list the theme at the start of this thread. I think I'll call it "Signs of Fall".

My computer at work was having problems. I kept pressing submit and it wasn't responding so I hit refresh. Still nothing. The last time I hit refresh, the page went down and then it was time to leave work so I took care of it when I got home.
