I can never make my avatar big! It's says it has to be less than 15KB, and 100x125 or something, and I just learned how to change the size in my printer/scanner functions. The biggest I can make it through so that it remains below 15KB is like 82x61!

Bookie got mine right. That creature scares the crap out of me but it's oddly compelling. I guess it's kind of for me like how Grimme is with sharks...he's frightened of them but fascinated by them at the same time!

I wish I could have found a better picture of the alien. This one's ok but not great.

As for avatar size, you should be able to do a picture 100 pixels wide by 125 pixels high. If the file size is too big, you can convert your picture from a bmp to a jpg and that will reduce it.

My current av is spooky enough to leave up and still fit in, right?

I think bookie's picture is Betty Davis and the movie is Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? Once again, I haven't seen the movie so I'm not sure.
