4/19 - Who Deserves To Be In Bottom 3?
After seeing tonight's episode, who do you think deserves to be in the bottom 3? And who do you think deserves to be eliminated? Of course, just because someone deserves to be eliminated doesn't actually mean that person will be eliminated this week. Heck, they might not even be in the bottom 3. :roll:

IMO it's the usual suspects who belong there: Anthony (worst), Scott, and Constantine. It is time for Anthony to go. Was it just me or were most of the singers all but drown out by the music and backup singers? The only person that I didn't have trouble hearing above everything else going on was Bo. Carrie and Vonzell both seemed to almost be shouting in parts to be heard.

I was going to start another thread talking about tonight's theme since this one is about who was worse but I changed my mind. Was AI avoiding the "D" word tonight (i.e. disco) by calling it "70's Dance Music Night"? What an awful theme! I hate the disco era. Has there ever been a bigger collection of stupid lyrics? Most of the songs tonight were fine examples of dumb lyrics. Heck, Ryan and Carrie couldn't even figure out what her song was about and she admitted she selected it because of the vocals...she could use it to showcase her voice. Here's my opinion of tonight's performances: Constantine - mediocre; I thought Randy's assessment was perfect. The "ode to John Travolta" look was predictable. He and Bo are still doing the carrying around the mike stand thing which bugs the heck out of me. Carrie - pretty as always and sang well but although she moved around on the stage, she didn't really "get into" her song. Scott - not a bad performance and he showed more personality than usual but I still want him gone. Randy was right; his song choice suited him. Anthony - awful song! He was enjoying himself but it's definitely time for him to go. Simon said his performance was "pleasant, safe and a little insipid". I'd agree with all of that except the pleasant part. Vonzell - I hate her song choice but she handled it well. She had a cute look and covered the stage better than Carrie. Anwar - This was better than he's been and he did seem to enjoy himself and looked more comfortable on stage than most of the other contestants. Bo - He's right; he can't dance. It was a good song choice although he was mush-mouthed at the beginning. Paula needs to sit down. Quit dancing, Paula! Sheesh!! :roll:

Let me say this again. Bo needs go. HE can not step out of his freaking confort zone. everyone else has. go home lameass.

I missed the first three performances, tonight. But watching the recaps, the only one who didn't sound good was Constantine. Of the ones I did see, Vonzell and Anwar took it to the house, IMO. Vonzell - might just have become my new favorite. She was near flawless tonight. And what a smile! She's got the voice, the look, the personality. She's the total package. She gained some points for me over Carrie. Anwar - His vocals were hot! As always. He has a radiating personality as well, but there's something about him that just seems so dull, even when he is having a good time. He just seems so squeeky clean, flawless and boring. lol. Bo - I like his voice. I think he is a great rock singer and I liked the song he sang. I agree with the previous poster who said they are tired of him walking around with the mic stand. He deserved to be in the competition, and maybe even get this far, but I feel his time is coming soon. There's just nothing that versatile about him. I see him in a rock band, not as a solo Idol performer. Anthony - His performance was pretty good tonight, but I just don't like the kid. He's too Euro-pop wannabe in a Harry Potter frame. Don't ask me what what that means. lol. He's just cheesy. Like I said, I didn't see the first 3 performers, just the highlights. Constantine - looked as goofily sleazy as ever and sounded just as drab. Carrie - looked cute with her Farrah hair and sounded her usual top self. Scott - sounded pretty darn good. The highlight they showed, he wasn't trying to do to much with his voice, just singing and it sounded good. However, that beard thing he has going has got to go. lol. My choice for the bottom three....... Bo, Constantine and Anthony. Flip a coin for who goes home.

Bottom 3 should be Anthony, Anwar and Scott

Who the hell is Brian? He must really suck because I don't remember him at all.

Bottom 3: Anwar Carrie Anthony (although I liked his performance) Who should be eleminated?? Constantine!! :twisted: Vonzell rocked as did Bo. Carrie didn't move a muscle when she sang...someone should have just glued her to the stage. Scott was aw-ight....not my favroite though. Anwar didn't do it for me last night....

I think Anwar, Scott, and Anthony deserve to be in the bottom three after last night's performances. And Scott is the one who should go. Here's how I would rank this week's performances: 1. Bo 2. Carrie 3. Constantine 4. Vonzell 5. Anthony 6. Anwar 7. Scott Who the hell is Brian? He must really suck because I don't remember him at all. I think he's got Brian Dunkleman on the brain. :wink:

If tonight's results mirror the results of the current AOL poll, Anthony, Vonzell, and Anwar will be in the bottom three tonight. The poll currently shows Bo with the most votes (39%), Carrie second (24%), Constantine third (13%), Scott fourth (8%), Vonzell fifth (6%), and Anwar and Anthony tied for last place (5%).
